       THUSLICK™ Primary and Secondary Emulsifiers gives drilling operators the same peace of mind as when they use our THUSLICK™ Siliconized Graphite Lubricant.  The Emulsifiers are currently used in well known and proven water-based and oil-based systems to improve and optimize their efficiency, stability, filtration and temperature control. 


Primary Emulsifier - Thuslick EM-1

 Thuslick EM-1 is an emulsifier that provides high performance wetting and emulsification properties not observed in today’s conventional emulsifiers.

 Concentrated and low-toxicity drilling fluid additive formulated to aid in preventing bit and bottom-hole assembly (BHA) balling in all drilling fluids.

 Promotes higher ROP and easier trips while reducing the risk of hole pack-off.

Secondary Emulsifier - Thuslick EM-2

 Thuslick EM-2 is a highly concentrated secondary emulsifier that provides high performance emulsification properties not observed in today’s conventional emulsifiers. It can be used in both diesel and synthetic fluids.

 .It  provides excellent emulsion stability, acts as a wetting agent, gelling agent and fluid stabilizer in a mineral oil base. It is also used for filtration control and for temperature stability

 It is commonly used with primary emulsifiers such as Thuslick EM-1 to provide high temperature stable invert emulsions with low filtration rates.
